Refund Policy
TEMPLATE — PENDING LEGAL REVIEW. This policy takes effect in final form once reviewed by UAE counsel.
The short version
Once an application has been submitted to UAE immigration authorities, government fees cannot be refunded — by us or by anyone else. This is how the UAE immigration system works, and it applies industry-wide. Before submission, you can cancel and receive a refund minus any costs already incurred.
Before submission to immigration
If you cancel before we submit your application to immigration, we refund your payment in full, minus payment-processing costs and any work already performed (stated to you at cancellation time).
After submission to immigration
- Government fees: non-refundable once submitted, regardless of outcome.
- Our service fee: non-refundable once submission has taken place, because the work has been performed.
If your application is rejected
A rejection by immigration authorities does not entitle you to a refund of government fees — the fee pays for processing, not for approval. If a rejection is caused by an error we made in preparing your application, we resubmit the corrected application at no additional service fee.
Duplicate or erroneous payments
Duplicate charges and payments made in error are refunded in full. Contact us with the transaction reference.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 7–14 business days depending on your bank.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your name, application reference and the reason for the request. We respond within 2 business days.
